Meeting Space Hire
If you are interested in hiring our space, please contact us so we can show you around and consider what will work best for your group.
The community building has:
- availability on weekday evenings for an appropriate group to meet in regularly
- space which is accessible, private, quiet, flexible, safe, well lit and warm
- with some on-site parking and is reasonably priced
- flexibility to be used by a wide range of people and groups for up to 30 seated
We want our community space to be well used by a wide range of people and groups, as we aspire to create a vibrant, multi-purpose community hub.
A number of groups meet regularly during the day, e.g. craft, reading, and in the evening, meditation group.
We have two spaces for hire: our café area and the adjacent library area.
We’ve designed both to be open plan and flexible, so: Café tables can be moved and placed together as needed. Library book shelves can be wheeled back against the walls.
We offer a wide range of times during which your group can meet Monday to Friday, in either the daytime or evening.
We have a simple set of terms and conditions for hire, which we require you to sign. In particular, these require you to leave the space used clean and tidy; if not you will charged a significant, additional amount.
