We currently have 12 Trustees who lead our organisation. They mainly attend the regular management team meetings, every four to six weeks and, periodically as and when required, meet separately. Click below to read the profiles of our current Trustees.
Our constitution states that we must have at least 3 and a maximum of 12 trustees. Although we have the maximum number of Trustees at present, we are always keen to recruit additional Trustees for the future, to replace any retiring Trustees, for example. Please contact us to find out more and, perhaps, sit in on one of our meetings to find out what the work involves?

Why not join our Management Team?
We have a strong management team of a dozen people, including the trustees, all of whom are volunteers and live in our local community.
Our role is to manage fundraising, the building, our library volunteers, our relationships with key partners and to oversee – and in some cases organise – the events which take place here.
Some of us have been in the team since we set-up in 2013; others have joined since we opened in 2017. We meet during one evening every four to six weeks, for around 2 hours. Some team members have specific roles and do additional work between meetings.
We’d still welcome additional volunteers to help us manage our operation.
Are you interested in finding out more? We hope so. Please contact us to find out more and, perhaps, join one of our meetings to find out what the work involves.
