The first books were hand drawn & beautiful. Now we think of illustrations in children's books or non-fiction, but have you got a special edition where the illustrations enhance the text? Or just an old favourite you want to share? Free event, all welcome, no need to book. Refreshments available.
New weekly, free group event. Join us to learn basic skills of mending: how to sew on a button; how to darn; how to add a patch. Learn some simple techniques and enjoy the mindfulness of hand sewing. No need to book; all welcome! Every Monday 4pm to 6pm.
