DESCRIPTION:Post lockdowns relaunch! We are an informal group for people interested in exploring family genealogy\, local history or other history projects. We do this through presentations & discussions\, sharing individual projects & initiating new ones. Plus there is an input from members with particular experience & expertise. \nOur 21 April meeting is for (re)introductions and planning. \nOur existing proposals are:\n- 16 June: Textiles working from home & presenting the past: an introduction to Skelmanthorpe Textile Heritage Centre\n- family history research & its sources\n- Maps & photographs \n- 15 Sept\, community project: the impact on Denby Dale of 1932's sale by Saville estate
